The Neighborhood Garden Project began in Katy, Texas, with one purpose: to cultivate a garden where the community can flourish. Yes, food grows here, but the deeper work is with people—slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and remembering who they are.

Our gardens are open to all. Each site is cared for by a garden steward who is present each day, tending the beds and walking with people through the seasons. We walk with schools, churches, and neighbors. Everything we do is rooted in relationship. Whether planting a first seed or simply coming to breathe, the garden welcomes you.

When hands touch the soil, something stirs. People remember they belong. They find rest. They begin to heal.

We invite you to walk with us as we tend the soil together with care and presence.

Come Grow with us!!

The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul.
